Ingredients

- Sweet Potato 500 gms.
- Oil for frying –8 tablespoon.
Chili powder (depending on the spiciness required)
-Salt to taste

Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan for few minutes.
Cut sweet potato into very thin round pieces.
Deep fry the pieces in the oil till they are crisp, drain excess oil on a kitchen towel & allow this to cool.
Sprinkle chili Powder and Salt and mix well.
