Ingredients

- Potatoes 2 boiledr (mashed)
Chicken 1cup boiled & shredded
Cheese 1/2 cup Grated
- Egg Boiled 1(Grated)
Corriander Leaves 2 tablespoon
Salt & Pepper 1/2 teaspoon each
- Flour 2tablespoon
- Baking Powder 1/4teaspoon
- Egg beaten & Bread
Crumbs(for coating)
- Bread Sticks.

Ingredients For Sauce
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Green onion 2tablespoon
- Parsley 1 tablespoon
Capcicum 1tablespoon
Cream 1/2 cup
Salt & Pepper 1/4 teaspoon each
- Ketchup 1 tablespoon
Mix all,chill & serve with potato chicken stick.

Method
Boil chicken, potatoes & egg.
Then mix all the ingredients well.
Take half bread stick & stick potato mixture to make just like drum stick shape.
Then dip in egg & coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in hot cooking Oil.
Serve hot with mayonnaise Sauce.
