Liver With Green Masala Recipe

1 \2 kg. liver
1 inch piece ginger, coarsely chopped
6 garlic cloves
2 medium onions
8 10 green chilies
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 teaspoon. garam Masala powder 1 \4 cup ghee or oil
Salt to taste
Method
1. Wash the liver and cut into 1 inch pieces and put it in a strainer to remove excess water.
2. Heat oil in a karahi or frying pan and fry onions until light brown.
3. Meanwhile grind the ginger, garlic, green chili and hara coriander leaves in a food processor or blender. Add this to onions and fry the onion mixture for about 5 minutes.
4. Add salt, liver and garam masala and fry for few minutes over medium heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
5. Serve with Nan, or Roti .
